Yes. When you upload your existing CV, our system automatically detects and extracts your profile photo using face-detection technology. It is then placed on the generated CV in the appropriate position based on the template style you choose.

CVAIWriter supports 35 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Hebrew, Dutch, Polish, Czech, and many more.

Yes. Use the Language option in the header menu to switch the interface to any of the 35 supported languages. Your preference is saved and applied across the entire site.

We offer four professionally designed templates: Standard (clean two-column with blue accents), Creative (dark charcoal header with a modern layout), Modern (steel-blue and teal design), and Corporate (navy header with gold accents). All templates are ATS-friendly.

Yes. In the options panel you can select either a 1-page or 2-page layout. Two-page CVs are ideal for candidates with extensive experience who need more room to showcase their background.

After your CV is generated, click the download button and select 'Word' from the dropdown. A fully editable .docx file will open in a new tab for you to save.

Yes. The AI extracts your name, email, phone number, and location from your uploaded CV and places them in the appropriate section of the generated document.

Our AI works best when it has an existing CV to analyse. However, you can paste your experience directly into the text input field if you don't have a file ready to upload.

Files up to 10 MB are supported. If your CV or job description file is larger than this, try compressing it or copying the text and pasting it directly.

The AI reads both your CV and the job description, identifies the key requirements and keywords from the job posting, and rewrites your experience and skills sections to emphasise the most relevant matches.

Absolutely. You can generate a uniquely tailored CV for every job you apply for. Each generation is saved in My Documents so you can revisit and download any previous version.

Yes. In addition to CVs, CVAIWriter can generate a personalised cover letter based on your CV and the job description. The cover letter is styled to match your chosen CV template.

The AI is highly accurate for structured CVs. Occasionally it may miss information in unusually formatted documents. You can review and correct extracted details in the options panel before generating.

Yes. All generated CVs are saved to your My Documents page so you can re-download them at any time without needing to regenerate.

Your uploaded CVs and job descriptions are stored securely and used only to generate your tailored CV. Uploaded documents are also saved in My Documents for your convenience.

Currently, the best way to share your CV is to download it as a PDF and send the file directly. A shareable link feature is on our roadmap.

No. CVAIWriter only works with the information you provide. It reorganises and rewords your real experience to better match the job description — it never fabricates qualifications.

Yes. From My Documents, you can re-download any generated CV in a different template style without regenerating. The same content will be reflowed into the new design.

Yes. Use the language selector next to the Generate button to choose any of the 35 supported output languages. Your CV content will be translated and rewritten in the target language.

Yes. The AI can handle academic CVs including publications, research experience, and teaching roles. Choose the Standard or Corporate template for a more formal academic style.

Yes. In the job description input area, select 'Paste URL' and enter the link to the job posting. CVAIWriter will securely fetch and extract the content from the page for you.

CVAIWriter works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Yes. CVAIWriter has a fully responsive mobile interface. You can upload your CV, enter a job description, and generate a tailored CV entirely from your phone or tablet.

When you upload a CV containing a photo, our server-side face-detection automatically locates your face, crops it neatly, and uses it in the profile photo area of your generated CV. No manual cropping is needed.

Yes. A payment receipt is sent automatically to the email address associated with your account after every successful purchase. You can also view your billing history in your account settings.
